Follow the troubleshooting steps if you are encountering any of these issues:
- Pay button is greyed out
- When making a payment, the page does not load to the next step
- If you receive an "Uh Oh, something went wrong..." error
- Try a different browser and device-Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc.
- Clear your cache/cookies on your browser
- Are you using a personal computer or school computer?
- Also if your connected to a Wi-Fi try disconnecting and using another connection from your phone/tablet internet service.
