Why am I unable to complete my payment? Troubleshooting Steps

Follow the troubleshooting steps if you are encountering any of these issues:

  • Pay button is greyed out
  • When making a payment, the page does not load to the next step
  • If you receive an "Uh Oh, something went wrong..." error

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Try a different browser and device-Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, etc.
  2. Clear your cache/cookies on your browser
  3. Are you using a personal computer or school computer? 
  4. Also if your connected to a Wi-Fi try disconnecting and using another connection from your phone/tablet internet service.
